Exercise. I don't do this very often, even though I know I should. I do not get pleasure from exercising, but I do want to be more fit. It is a constant battle I am fighting. I am in no way fat or obese, but I do want to be stronger. I want more strength. This is a big part of also being mentally strong, your body cannot work without your mind in sync, and vice versa.
Focusing on the positive. Like the article said if you look at the news you will see that the world looks like its going downhill. Always focusing on the positive is hard. When there is so much negativity in the world it makes it hard to look at all the good. Usually the negativity washes out the good, I try to focus on all positive aspects of a situation. Everything in this article I do pretty well I feel like. I just need to work harder on these 2 things, to make my brain even tougher. I don't think I am an easy person to get mentally fatigued. The more I read about this stuff in your class the more I keep in mind to keep myself healthy.

Mike was not just the owner of the Red Wings, he was also an entrepreneur. In 1959 he invested his life savings, with his friend, into Little Ceases. Somehow he new what to invest in, and had a really good instinct.
Going back to the Red Wings, he wasn't all about the headlines, and validating his status as the owner. He was a man of his players. He didn't just sign the checks. They players could talk to him. When they wanted to part or come in to the team, they would talk to Ilitch. He made them feel comfortable to talk to him. But at the same time, loyalty mattered. He loved his team, and he wasn't just in it for the money. Ilitch was a family man, he had only 1 wife with 7 kids. Everything he built, his family still owns to this day. It is refreshing to see a billionaire not only in it for the money, he loved what he did and it showed. He didn't want the women, the drugs or any of that. From what I've read about Mike Ilitch, I respect the man, and am saddened by his death. One thing that I think everyone should strive for is to be productive in their lives. I think the only way we can make the world a better place is to put in it what we want to see. We cannot just sit around and wait for things to happen. It is easy to sit around, wait for that big breakthrough, the next best thing. If everyone waited for that thing, we would never get it. It takes dedicated people to get out there and give. Give all you can, because this life is not infinite. This life is finite, there is an expiration date, we just don't know it until it comes. On your way to put good into the world, I think it is important to inspire others to do the same. Make friends that want to help, and be by you. Make friends that would do anything for you, and you for them. But also get casual friends, as Jhim Rhon said, so you can sometimes take a break from the world and party, and just have fun. Once again, life is finite. I think you should use it, to make it feel complete and fulfilling.
After listening to what Zig Ziglar had to say for the first time I feel good. He really fires up a part of me that always wants to look at the good in the world. As he said, some people look and try to find the negatives in life. But the positives are more important. It is very easy to see how you are doing things wrong, or bad, or sloppy. But sometimes you have to let yourself know that you are doing most things right. For example, to get hired you have to be interviewed and able for the job. Not everyone gets a job, so be proud and happy to have one. The positive thinking attitude that Zig has really clicked with me. I think it is super important to keep positive and things that you love in your life. That is not to say ignore the negatives, because sometimes they can help show you what you need to improve to become a better person. Repeating good things that you like about something is also something that is important about what Zig said. Overall this video of Zig Ziglar is inspiring. Thank you for showing this to me Mr. Daly.
